my chakras are not balanced. I’m almost positive the bottom four are not fully open/attuned. Yeah, I really want to start the all organic/whole food diet. Thing is, I live at home still and my mom cooks dinner so I don’t have much say. I could not eat it but its a waste of food. What kind of stuff do you eat so I can get some ideas.
its just some heat that id say akin to fullness, you may have your chakras balanced so it feels normal, if you dont feel good keep working on it and eat healthy diets and all natural organic foods(no refined/processed stuff) and youll start to feel amazingly better!!!!!
mate, dont think like that, meditation is for every one and every one has a capacity to go on that stage…just feel your breath
I am just beginning to learn about chakras and healing. I also have recently started meditation daily. I have searched ‘guided meditation’ several times on youtube, but today, I was guided to this channel. I am very grateful! Thank you!! I feel so much at peace now!
It’s hard for me to visualize the chakras and to “feel” them.
All of these chakra meditations are really truly GREAT and effective; however two of the chakras are missing. Is it possible that you could add these two, also, so that the complete spectrum is available? Thankful in advance
