this is not the first time the senate addresses slavery. Every single non binding resolution amounted to nothing more and nothing less then an apology. There is no way they are going to give reparation. You cannot hold a people responsible for the crimes of another. The day the US gives reparation to blacks is the day we will see a civil war.
The Senate just apologized for slavery again, they might start speaking of reperations, so bobby might be on to something here, the white man wants to give it all back because he is trying to save his self.
