Crown and throat chakras

This is the second in a series with Julie at her wellness shop the Body Rescue Zone in Berlin-Mitte. Today we going to explore the connection between the chakras and reiki. Julie will demonstrate her technique on the crown and throat chakras.

I am not sure how reiki works but you can cleanse chakras through meditation, when you imagine your chakras and then spinning them faster and cleansing them until they are bright and turning fast. When you cleanse them, you will feel much more ‘in the flow’ .

She’s very good, but it’d be better if she could also show a back view as well. Hard to tell what she’s “feeling” back there. :)

It is okay the explanation, but during channeling…Reiki WE DON’T TALK. I assume..she is ONLY showing..how to do it. I am a Reiki Master…! Namaste

My crown chakra is blockked, and my throat chakra was ripped off some years ago, I was about to choke, it felt like I had huge stone in my throat for like week before I got over it.
