My debut album, Spectrum Suite, was the music I first heard in my dreams and meditations in 1969. When I shared these soundscapes with others, their response was so enthusiastic, that my life changed virtually overnight. Since then, this music has traveled around the world. It’s been said that at any given moment, Spectrum Suite is playing somewhere in the world. Chakra Suite is the new incarnation of this landmark album, and contains as bonus tracks, the entire album that was the original Spectrum Suite. In fact, the original title for my debut album was going to be Chakra Suite–however, there was not much awareness of charkas in 1975, let alone the importance of composing music to balance them. Today, millions of people understand their importance and stores have entire sections devoted to them. Each keynote of Chakra Suite adds swirling harmonics and overtones that I believe deliver an extraordinary psycho-acoustic effect. Listen with headphones and (more…)

One Key At A Time…
This CD for me didn’t quite make the cut for chakra healing in comparison to other sound therapy and chakra balancing CDs that I own.

The product and Steve Halpern are phenomenal. The actual CD that I received was “new” yet it skips and the last part of the soundtrack does not play because of the skipping.

great for relaxation
I use this CD while I am giving massages- I really love it. It has a great tempo, not too loud, and have had several clients comment on liking it as well.

as always Steven Halpern is the best!
I had this particular recording when it was originally intitled Spectrum Suite on cassette. Over the years it became worn and eventually lost.

meditation music
I didnt like this one to much. it was so computer synthasised and it screamed new age. I cant listen to this and meditate in peace.

love this CD my yoge teacher suggested it and I feel very balanced while listening!
