I’ve been watching these clips for a while. And while impressive it seems to be more about random movements and the already developed showing what they can do. If you guys could show “progression” that would be awesome….
Show me a guys 20-30lbs overwieght and has never done this…get to this point. Where do start ?? You just don’t wake up decide todays the day…go to the park and do the Flag Pole…
